A £30.00 non refundable deposit is required or full if less, on all bookings. Payment can be made by card over the telephone.
ALL THE ABOVE PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 20%
Pitches are available from 12 noon on day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11.30am on day of departure.
Due to the nature and layout of the park, we an only accept a maximum length of 9 metres (on limited pitches only) sorry, no push out sides.
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome but to be kept on a lead at ALL times. All their waste must be cleared up immediately and disposed of accordingly.
FISHING - Is FREE to people staying at Little Lakeland. Dawn to Dusk. All fishing is to stop by 10pm. No groundbait, keepnets or barbed hooks. Maximum of 2 rods per person or 4 per pitch. Day Visitors are NOT allowed to fish.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO BOOKING:
Our agreement with you binds you, the person named on the booking and all members of your party, including children and any day visitors. You must ensure that all members of your party are aware of and accept all of this agreement. It starts from the day the booking is made and continues until the last member of your party has left park (and includes and extensions of time to your booking).
We have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept any booking and obtain the name, age, address and gender of each member of your party before confirming your booking or at any time. You must provide us with full details of your party, which must include you, prior to arrival.
We have the right to cancel your booking or to instruct you or your party to leave the park immediately, without compensation or refund, should you or any of your party not comply with this agreement, particularly relating to the terms where behaviour and conduct have not been complied with, or where you or any member of your party has been asked to leave our Park on a previous occasion or if we consider the stay not a holiday.
Please notify us if you are going to arrive later than 6pm or at a later date. There are no refunds. The management cannot be held responsible for any change in circumstances.
You MUST be over 21 to make a booking and there MUST be at least one capable and responsible adult over the age of 21 on each touring pitch. A maximum of SIX persons per pitch.
Bookings are accepted for families and couples only. We DO NOT accept same or majority gender parties. Stag & Hen parties are NOT permitted and we reserve the right to ask such parties to leave without a refund.
ALL Ball games, kites, remote controlled flying helicopters/aeroplanes/drones or chinese lanterns etc. are NOT allowed to be used on Park.
You may not bring or use any shotgun, knife, firearms, archery equipment and any illegal substances or similar on Park under any circumstances.
Transit vans, work or commercial vehicles are NOT permitted on site (unless arrangement has been made prior to arrival with the Park Manager).
In the event of any accommodation booked not been available, for any reason whatsoever, the liability of the Park Manager shall in NO circumstances exceed a refund of any amount already recieved by them. Little Lakeland recommend that customers take out their own holiday/travel insurance.
Please note whilst staying on Park, the following applies:
You are expected to ensure the area around your pitch is kept clean and tidy.
Full facilities may not be available early/late season - please telephone for details referring to these times.
All young children under the age of 8 must be accommpanied to ALL facilities including the shop and on site. It is impractical for them to use the facilites by themselves. Children MUST NOT play in the facilites.
A £10.00 returnable deposit is required for the key for use of the disabled/baby room.
Behaviour and Compliance with this Agreement - your behaviour should NOT be excessive, noisy or disruptive especially at night and after 11pm. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. We may ask you or any member of your party to leave immediately if your conduct is considered by us to be inappropriate, likely to cause harm, or impair the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other customers, staff or the general public, or is likely in our belief, to breach any of our agreement with you. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances.
Customers are welcome to bring BBQ's to use at their pitch. If you are using a disposable BBQ it must be lifted off the ground. Customers MUST NOT under any circumstances, light fires or use fire bowls on their pitches or other areas of the Park.
In the interest of safety, bicyles, scooters etc are only to be ridden during the hours of daylight. Play areas to be used only during daylight. All accidents during your stay MUST be reported to Reception.
All pitches are allocated on arrival unlss with prior arrangement. Pitches are available from 12 noon and to be vacated by 11.30am. A non refundable deposit of £30.00 per pitch is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
Waste disposal points are provided for normal household waste and recycling. All chemical waste from caravan/motorhome toilets must be disposed of in the chemical waste disposal points provided. All grey waste must be disposed of into marked drainage points only and MUST NOT be discharged into the ground.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at ALL TIMES. No dangerous dogs allowed on site. All dog waste must be picked up and disposed of accordingly. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended at any time. Only two dogs permitted per pitch & noise must be kept to a minimum.
A 5mph speed limit is in operation at AT ALL TIMES on the Park and the lane leading onto Park.
